FYRESITE
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 7, 2026
Turnquist Elstins Technology Group LLC DBA Fyresite (“Fyresite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit fyresite.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Site.
We’ve written this in plain English. If anything is unclear, contact us using the details at the bottom.
1. Who We Are
Fyresite is a Phoenix‑based digital agency that designs and builds custom websites, ecommerce stores (including Shopify and Shopify Plus), mobile apps, and related services for businesses across the country. This Policy applies to information collected through our marketing website at fyresite.com. It does not cover the websites or apps we build for our clients, which are governed by those clients’ own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from third parties.
Information you give us
When you fill out a contact form, request a quote, subscribe to our newsletter, download a resource, or otherwise communicate with us, you may share things like:
- Name, company name, and job title
- Email address and phone number
- Website URL or details about your project
- Any other information you choose to include in your message
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Site, we (and the analytics and advertising providers we use) automatically collect technical and usage data such as:
- IP address, approximate location, device type, operating system, and browser
- Pages you view, links you click, time spent on pages, and referring website
- Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking identifiers
Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from analytics tools, advertising platforms, lead‑enrichment services, and our CRM. For example, if you click one of our ads or fill out a form on a partner platform, that platform may pass us your contact details and engagement history.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and follow up about a potential project
- Provide quotes, proposals, and statements of work
- Send marketing emails, newsletters, and case studies (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services
- Measure the performance of our marketing and advertising
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and support our marketing. The categories we use are:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function
- Analytics — help us understand traffic and content performance (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Marketing/CRM — help us measure campaigns, retarget visitors, and personalize outreach (e.g., HubSpot, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads)
You can control cookies through your browser settings and most tracking platforms offer their own opt‑outs. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
5. Marketing, Analytics, and CRM Tools
We use third‑party tools to run our marketing programs and track engagement. These providers may collect or receive information about your visits to the Site and your interactions with our emails. The tools we currently rely on include things like:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads (analytics, advertising, and conversion tracking)
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising and retargeting)
- HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform (lead capture, email marketing, contact records)
- Email service providers and form/scheduling tools used to communicate with you
Each of these providers handles your information under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their policies if you want details on their practices.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, including with:
- Service providers and vendors that help us operate the Site, host data, send email, run ads, and manage our CRM
- Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers
- Authorities, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy, to satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your Choices
You can:
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send you
- Adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies
- Use platform‑level opt‑outs offered by Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and similar providers
- Contact us to ask what information we have about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it
We’ll respond to reasonable requests in a reasonable timeframe. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the Site, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
11. Third‑Party Links
The Site may link to third‑party websites and tools that we don’t control. This Policy doesn’t cover those sites — their own privacy policies do.
12. International Visitors
Fyresite is based in the United States and operates the Site here. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Effective Date” at the top and post the updated version on this page. If the changes are significant, we’ll do our best to give you a more prominent notice.
